What’s the difference between 4C and 5C printing machine?
As we all know that Koenig＆Bauer is the second largest printing machine manufacturer in the world. So we imported advanced 5C printing machine from them to strengthen our facility and pursuit high quality printing.
As its name suggests, it's the updated version of 4C printing machine. As the customer has more demands for colors in order to make the packaging more beautiful. That increases the difficulties in printing. That's why we update the facility to do better work. Take 4C printing with a Pantone color for example, 4C printing machine needs to run CMYK at first and prints extra solid color for second time. However, the 5C printing machine can do it just at one time, so it greatly improves our efficiency and lower our costs, meanwhile, it achieves good printing effect.
This is the rear of the big factory printing machine, the printing assistant keep supplying with the printing paper sheets. The machine is adjusted to convey a pile of sheets.
This is the outlet of printing sheets, the assistant takes out one paper sheet every 100 sheets for checking color. The printing machine operator constantly modulates the colors in order to avoid of any color variation.
